Claude Jeter - Yesterday and Today

The great Claude Jeter's final album (produced by Anthony Heilbut) is a satisfying mix of newly recorded (in 1991) tracks blended with unreleased Swan Silvertones material.

Some exciting live performances from The Swan Silvertones here. Not so much of his trademark falsetto on this final album but Claude Jeter still had a fine gospel voice! Thanks.

I'm very grateful for this, and really looking forward to hearing it. I haven't encountered a Heilbut-compiled album that's anything short of wonderful. Thanks for your service!

Nice one that I lost in the great laptop/external hard drive crash of 2017. Thanks for the re-up!
